Trading connection data. To operate the Service, we collect the information needed to connect to your trading accounts and signal sources. This may include trading platform account identifiers and connection credentials (for example, MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, and MatchTrader logins or API connections), broker server details, and the Telegram channels or sources you choose to copy from.

Subscription and payment information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We retain billing records such as plan type, transaction status, and the email associated with your subscription.

Usage data. We collect technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, log data, and how you interact with the Service.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including executing copy trading and signal copying functions;
• Connect your trading accounts and signal sources as you configure them;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and renewals;
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates;
• Monitor, secure, and improve the Service;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We take the security of your data seriously. Your data is fully encrypted, both in transit and at rest. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your account information and trading connection data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or trading data to anyone. We do not share your customer data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

• Service providers. Trusted vendors who help us operate the platform (for example, payment processors and hosting/infrastructure providers), who are bound to use the data only to provide their services to us.
• Trading platforms and signal sources. To perform copy trading, the Service necessarily transmits trade instructions to the trading platforms and connects to the signal sources you configure (such as MT4/MT5, cTrader, MatchTrader, and Telegram).
• Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if disabled.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain only what is required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
