This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments and cancellations work for the TraderPilot copy trading platform, available at traderpilot.co. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. No Refunds Once an Account Is Added
TraderPilot is a digital software service that becomes active and consumes resources as soon as a trading account is added and connected. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable once an account has been added to your subscription. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.
We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or accounts you stop using during a billing cycle.
2. Cancel Anytime - Effective Next Billing Cycle
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. You keep access to the Service until the current paid period ends; after that, your subscription will not renew.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Use the cancellation option in your account dashboard, or
- Email us at support@traderpilot.co before your next billing date.
Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable per Section 1.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at support@traderpilot.co within 14 days of the charge. We will review verified billing errors and correct them where appropriate. This is the only circumstance in which a refund may be issued.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Subscription fees pay for access to the software and its features, not for any trading outcome. Trading losses, unprofitable signals, or dissatisfaction with trading results are not grounds for a refund. Please review the trading risk disclaimer in our Terms and Conditions before subscribing.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
