Terms and Conditions

TraderPilot is a copy trading software platform that allows users to automatically replicate trades across trading accounts and to copy signals from external sources. The Service includes:

• Trade Copier - copies trades from a source trading account to one or more connected accounts.
• Telegram Signal Copier - reads trading signals from configured Telegram sources and places corresponding trades on connected accounts.

The Service supports connections to trading platforms including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), cTrader, and MatchTrader. TraderPilot is a software tool only. We are not a broker, exchange, dealer, financial advisor, or fund manager, and we do not hold client funds.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use copy trading software and trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@traderpilot.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your invested capital.

TraderPilot does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Copy trading and signal copying involve replicating decisions made by third parties or external sources over which we have no control. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any signal provider, source, or strategy.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no guarantee of profit, performance, or outcome of any kind.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your choice of signal sources and accounts to copy, your risk settings, and any resulting profits or losses.

You are responsible for:

• Your relationship with your broker and the terms governing your trading accounts;
• Configuring the Service correctly, including risk parameters, lot sizing, and which sources and accounts to connect;
• Ensuring you are authorized to copy from any signal source you configure;
• Monitoring your accounts and the operation of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any broker, trading platform, or third-party service.

The Service depends on third-party platforms and services, including trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, MatchTrader), brokers, and Telegram. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, performance, changes, fees, or actions. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control (including outages or changes at brokers, trading platforms, or Telegram). Trade copying depends on connectivity and timing and may be delayed or fail; we are not liable for trades that are missed, delayed, duplicated, or executed at prices different from the source.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by TraderPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will produce any particular trading result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderPilot and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraderPilot from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription. Sections relating to disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

Subscription fees are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
